Planta de trituración de piedra de granito

El granito es un tipo de rocas ígneas formadas por el condensado de magma debajo de la superficie. El componente principal de la mina de granito es el cuarzo, feldespato y mica. Las rocas de granito trituradas también se pueden usar en cemento o para rellenar presas. Además de ser utilizado como proyecto de decoración arquitectónica avanzada y el suelo de la sala, Granite es también el mejor material para esculturas.

Proceso de la planta

1. Pretratamiento: utilice el martillo hidráulico para triturar la piedra grande y hacer que el trabajador corte el refuerzo largo para evitar dañar el transportador de banda.

2. Procesamiento de la trituradora: el material después del pretratamiento se enviará a la trituradora de mandíbulas, y establecerá la compuerta de descarga a 100 mm, y usará la trituradora de impacto como trituradora secundaria para manejar el material revertido con la compuerta de descarga a 50 mm. El uso real muestra que la trituradora de mandíbulas puede manejar el concreto en bruto con la barra de acero de refuerzo fácilmente, y puede cortar y separar las barras de acero. Al mismo tiempo, el afecto aplastante fino es muy bueno. La trituradora de mandíbulas y la trituradora de impacto usan una pantalla junto con los tamaños finales 0-5mm, 5-50mm. El cliente da una alta evaluación sobre la procesión de trituración estable.
